Mein 22. Geburtstag - my 22nd birthday

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

jetzt mal offiziell ein paar Bilder zu meinem schoenen 22. Geburstag. Alles hat damit angefangen, dass ich erstmal vormittags arbeiten muste..in der ollen Hotelkueche. Danach bin ich nach Hause geeilt und hab ungeduldig auf Goran gewartet, der mich um 7 abgeholt hat. Ich sollte mich schick machen, hatte er gesagt, was mich erwartet wusste ich nicht.

Hello everyone, now finally some pics of my lovely 22nd birthday. The day started with me having to work in the morning in the ugly hotel kitchen. Afterwards I rushed home, relaxed, dressed up and waited unpatiently for Goran who was going to pick me up at 7pm. I did not had a clue what I had to expect...

Endlich abgeholt, sind wir mit der Strassenbahn in die Stadt und nach Southbank, einer Restaurant Promenade direkt am Yarra River gefahren. Haben ein schickes chinesiches Restaurant gepickt und ich wurde mit 6 oder 7 Gaengen verwoehnt. hm....lecker!

Auf dem weg dahin ist dieses foto vor einem schiefen Spiegel entstanden.

In diesem Restaurant wurde an diesem Abend insgesamt 5 mal 'Happy Birthday' gesungen. ich war also mit abstand nicht die Einzige die Geburtstag hatte. :o(

Finally 7pm we went by tram into the City to Southbank to have a delicious 6 or 7 course menue in a chinese restaurant. In that restaurant the waiters were singing all together 5 times 'happy birthday' at different tables, so I was not the only special birthday child that day :o(

Nach dem 5 mal , hab ich mich 'beschwert' und zum chefkellner gesagt, ich haette auch geburtstag. Er hat mir dann dieses Eis mit Kerze gebracht und privat fuer mich gesungen :o)

After the 5th time, I 'complained' and told the waiter that it is my birthday as well! he brought me this ice cream with a little candle and sung 'happy birthday' :o)

Tja und danach dachte ich gehts auf einen Cocktail in den Longroom, meiner Lieblingsbar in Melbourne, obwohl mich Goran schon dazu ueberreden musste. Vom essen war ich muede und voll gefuttert. Letztendlich in der Bar angekommen, erwarteten mich saemtliche Freunde und Bekannte die ich innerhalb meines Aufenthaltes hier kennengelernt habe.

Ich hatte keine Ahnung und war einfach super ueberrascht und habe mich sehr gefreut!

After the dinner , Goran talked me into having a cocktail at my favourite bar , the longroom. Actually I was not to keen on going, cos I was full and tired.

Arrived at the bar, I got so surprised having all my friends that I made during the year in Melbourne waiting for me.

Viele Freunde kenne ich uebers Salsa tanzen oder durch Goran. Rechts sieht man Gorans Bruder Milan und eine Freundin von ihm, Veronica.

Lilian hatte 2 Kuchen fuer mich gebacken und Goran hatte auch noch einen besorgt. Kerzen ausblasen, es wurde fuer mich gesungen...

Lilian backed two cakes for me and Goran bought also one with candles and everbody sung for me...

Achso, Geschenke hab ich auch noch bekommen und ganz wie zu Hause, hab ich mir am Sonntag diesen Geburtstagstisch zusammen gestellt!

Well, I also got some presents and just like at home I decorated this birthday table.
